Our clinic has been blessed with help from many sources, including a $5,000 Harvey Disaster Relief donation from Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. We are here to help our community recover.

6 Ways PHC Can Provide Help for Those Affected by Harvey

Do you have a need or know someone with a need? We have medical, dental, counseling, OB/GYN and many more services available to help. Don’t let financial constraints keep you from coming in. We are offering free and discounted services to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey through the end of October and are connected to many other resources in our community. Call us at 713-554-1091 and let us know how we can help.

Here are a few services we have in place to provide help for those affected by Harvey:

1) Free Flu Shots

Help us keep the flu from spreading throughout the community by coming in for your free flu shot, while supplies last.

2) Diabetic Medications and Supplies

Need supplies or medication refills for diabetes management? Call us to make an appointment and receive free medication and supplies. Medication must be prescribed.

3) Discounted OB/GYN Care

Pregnant? Or think you might be?

Make an appointment with our OB/GYN and receive the following discounted services:

  • Ultrasounds, $20 (must be ordered by our OB/GYN)
  • Pregnancy blood test and office visit, $45

4) Free Counseling

Dealing with the aftermath of a natural disaster isn’t easy. If you or someone you know needs to speak with a counselor, call us to make an appointment. Free counseling – 30 minute sessions – are currently being offered on Mondays by appointment.

5) Free Tetanus Vaccines

After a disaster, tetanus can best be minimized by following standard immunization recommendations. If you were affected by Hurricane Harvey, you can receive your vaccine for free.

6) Dental Care

A free oral screening and toothbrush is currently being offered to those affected by Harvey. Call us at 713-554-0510 to make an appointment or come on in – walk-ins welcome.
