Chief Executive Officer
John Sweitzer is the center director. Mr. Sweitzer holds a masters degree from the University of Houston Clear Lake and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Mr. Sweitzer has been a paramedic for over 30 years and taught for Harris County Hospital District for 15 years. He has served as a faculty member for the University of Phoenix as well where he taught Organizational Psychology. He has also taught at some other local colleges as well including Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas Southwest Medical School. Mr. Sweitzer served on the Board of Directors for American Heart Association in Houston and helped get AED legislation in Texas. He was the former board chairman for the City of League City EMS which received EMS system of the year while he was there. He also served on the League City Finance Committee. Mr. Sweitzer received the Health Site Award from American Heart for his leadership on the AED legislation campaign and was recognized by Phi Theta Kappa as an outstanding instructor while teaching in McKinney, Texas. He has been a past manager with RAMSCO, A&T Medical, and Grahams. He currently serves as the HOA President for Leisure Lakes Subdivision.
Ty Moore is a graduate of the University of Houston and hold a Bachelors degree in accounting and finance. In addition to his degree he is a Certified Public Accountant.
He is a retired partner from KPMG. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently working on a PHD at Greenwich School of Theology. He has served in many volunteer roles and is active in his church.
